Opening of 'AUSZEIT' at the Bad Aibling spa

The catering in the Bad Aibling thermal spa has been run by Sabine Gollers and her team since May 2023. "AUSZEIT" stands for relaxation and a place to unwind, where you simply feel good and can enjoy your time. "We quickly agreed on the name," says the new tenant, "My daughter Maxine came up with this name and family and friends thought it was the perfect name."

Sabine Gollers is looking forward to taking over the Thermen-Restaurant. A motivated team that works well together is very important to her, as values such as "community", "passion" and "honesty" are very important to her.

The team was specially trained by TV chef Anita Kraisser (known from "Die reisende Küche" ServusTV) to learn new things and ensure the high quality of the food. In keeping with the spa and sauna, the cuisine is light and fresh.

Something for everyone

There is something for every taste on the menu. Classics such as Wiener-style schnitzel and red and white fries are not left out. The Thai curry is prepared by our Thai chef Thialak and the Kaiserschmarrn pancakes are sure to find fans. Homemade lemonades, salads, tarte flambée, burgers, pasta, veggie and children's dishes offer a balanced variety. There will also be regular theme weeks at "AUSZEIT" and visitors can look forward to fresh, homemade cakes every day - to go with coffee specialities from the Italian brand SEGAFREDO.

Mrs Gollers is also open to suggestions from guests: "The menu will certainly grow with the restaurant over time. In this way, we can respond to our guests' wishes and continue to optimise the menu".
